A good bend starts before the metal moves. Our CADMAN-CNC press brake uses 3D bending software to programme a part automatically and work out the correct blank size, so the flat sheet is cut to the right dimensions first time. That saves material and avoids the trial-and-error that slows down complex multi-bend parts.
Barcode tooling recognition cuts the chance of fitting the wrong tool, and it shortens the gap between jobs. Whether you’re ordering a handful of prototypes or a long production run, the same checks apply and the same standard holds from the first bend to the last.
Plenty of customers need more than a bent part. We laser cut or CNC punch the blank, form it on the press brake, weld it into an assembly where needed and powder coat the finished item. Our materials range covers mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, Zintec and galvanised steel, and everything reaches Norwich on our own delivery lorry.
