Every job runs through our Amada LC-2415 Alpha IV. The material moves along one axis while the laser head travels along the other, which gives you the steady, high-quality beam of fixed optics alongside the speed of flying optics. In practice, that means complex contours come out sharp and quickly, without rough edges that slow a job down later.

We cut stainless steel and mild steel through to aluminium alloys, across a range of thicknesses and hardnesses. Our HS-2003 cutting head allows scratch-free processing, so parts arrive ready for the next stage rather than needing rework. Programming can be done at the machine or offline using the latest version of Radan, so a new design doesn’t have to hold up the cutting bed. You can send a detailed CAD file or a rough hand-drawn sketch. Either way, our team will help get it production-ready before any metal is cut.

Once your parts are cut, we can take them further in-house with press brake forming and powder coating, so you don’t have to coordinate several suppliers. Finished work travels to Norwich on our own delivery lorry.
